CCA will work with you to ensure your supports are controlled by you and meet your wants and needs.
We will provide unobtrusive supports that operate in the background of your life.
We will provide flexible arrangements and rostering of staff so that you can live your life as you want.
We recognise that people’s needs may change from time to time and build supports with you that meet your needs as they change.
You can choose what supports you require. Depending on your funding package & guidelines you can also purchase goods and services – such as lawn & garden care, taxi transport, aids and appliances, medical costs.
We want those we support to build community connections. If you want something that isn’t listed then just ask.
People we support become known as “Bill” or “Jane” within the fabric of their community rather than the focal point of a service controlled disability-centric world
Make Your Choices
You can choose the support you require.
Depending on your funding package and guidelines (such as NDIS or I-Care) you can purchase good and services such as lawn and garden care, taxi transport, aids and appliances and medical costs. Get in touch with us to discuss what you need and we’ll explore all the options for you.
We can also offer support with travel within your community, learning new skills, family support, mobility, your health and personal care, domestic assistance, as well as safety and security.
