Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Independence Through Support
At CCA, our high needs Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes are carefully designed to provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for people with complex support needs.
With 24/7 care from experienced and well trained staff, we focus on meeting each person’s whole life, including daily living requirements, weekly routines, community participation with dignity, consistency, and professionalism.
We work closely with families, clinicians, and support networks to ensure every aspect of care is personalised and well-coordinated.
Our homes are places where people can feel comfortable, respected, and supported to live the best life possible, no matter their challenges.
Each house has no more than 3 people sharing, we have some with one or two- entirely depending on the persons needs and funding.
Each person's house is their home- reflecting their personal preferences, their personality and their choice about how they wish to live.
Connecting To Community
CCA aims to build strong relationships with like-minded businesses within the community to improve the quality and breadth of services we can offer to people.
We support people to live in their own homes, assist with changing health concerns and work closely with community and government groups to find the best supportive outcomes for people.
Our dedicated staff have an unwavering commitment to finding the best outcomes and to empower people to achieve independence, autonomy and most importantly, lead a life of their choice.
