CCA recently provided our staff with First Aid & CPR Training which was provided by FirstAidPro Australia, delivering 5 hours of face to face training for a range of accidents, injuries, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Stroke and CPR.

Role Responsibilities
Work proactively with the people we support, to develop and implement programs that will assist them to make decisions affecting their lives, live independently and participate in their community.
Foster and encourage the people we support to develop personal, social and community relationships.
Assist those we support by developing safe and healthy personal care routines (inc. eating, dressing, toileting and bathing).
Role Requirements
A positive attitudes towards working with people with disabilities and their families.
A ‘person-centred’ approach to customer service.
Be motivated to explore options that will help people living with disabilities have the same opportunities, control and high expectations that you have for your life.
Be responsible, dedicated and enjoy a rewarding career in the disability sector.
Maintain a ‘can-do’ attitude and a professional approach to working as part of a team.
Display effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills highly regarded.
Hold a current NSW drivers licence (unrestricted) and access to a reliable vehicle.
