  • The Quality Team

    The role of CCA's Quality Team is to ensure that CCA is providing the best possible service for the people we support. 

    We are doing this by: 

    * Listening to people who receive services and passing on their feedback to the SLT as well as CCA Directors.4

    * Understanding what CCA is doing well.

    - Identifying where improvements are needed.

    * Taking action in order to best meet the needs of the people we support.

    * Working with people who are receiving services (through our Focus Group and Advisory Group) to initiate change and innovate as part of a cycle of continuous improvement.

  • The Support Coordination Team

    Our highly experienced Support Coordination team is here to help people make the most of their NDIS plans with confidence and clarity.

    We work alongside individuals and their families to navigate the NDIS, connect with the right services, and ensure supports are working well together. With a deep understanding of the disability sector and a strong focus on individual goals, our team advocates for what matters most to each person—whether that’s greater independence, better health, or more connection in the community.

    We take the time to listen, plan, and act—ensuring people feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.

  • The Service Delivery Team

    At CCA, our Service Delivery Team is here to give families peace of mind and ensure every person we support receives the care they deserve.

    We work closely with each person and their families to tailor support that reflects each person’s unique needs, goals, and preferences, whether that’s help at home, support with health and wellbeing, or meaningful community connection.

    With a strong focus on relationships, communication, and consistency, our dedicated team is committed to providing safe, high-quality support that empowers people to thrive and helps families feel confident and supported every step of the way.

    The Board of Directors at Community Connections Australia provides strong, values-based leadership to guide our mission of delivering high-quality, person-centred disability services.

    With a diverse mix of experience across governance, strategy, disability services, business, and finance, our Board ensures strategic direction, financial sustainability, and compliance with sector standards.

    United by a deep commitment to inclusion and human rights, CCA’s Directors work closely with the Senior Leadership team to uphold our vision, respond to emerging challenges, and ensure the people we support remain at the heart of every decision.

    CCA’s Senior Leadership Team brings together a wealth of experience across the disability, health, and community services sectors, underpinned by strong business acumen and a genuine passion for inclusion.

    Our leaders have long-standing careers in the sector and some also bring personal lived experience, giving them a deep understanding of the importance of providing quality services to the people we support.

    With a commitment to ethical leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement, the team works collaboratively to ensure CCA delivers high-quality, sustainable services that reflect the needs and aspirations of individuals, families, and communities.

    Their hands-on approach and strategic oversight ensure that CCA stays responsive, accountable, and people-focused in everything we do.

Our Amazing Partners

Riverside Cafe, Parramatta

CCA is grateful for the wonderful support we receive from Joe and Regina, our local Riverside Cafe owners who every week provide lunches to our Hub attendees plus numerous coffees and sandwiches for various CCA functions.

Link Wentworth Housing

CCA works closely with Link Wentworth Housing. Link Wentworth Housing is one of Australia’s largest community housing providers, managing over 6,400 homes and supporting 10,000 residents. Committed to tackling housing stress and homelessness, they offer social and affordable housing, specialist disability accommodation, and support services to help tenants thrive. Through strategic development and community partnerships, Link Wentworth works to create lasting positive change.

Queenscliff Surf Club

CCA has been lucky to forge a partnership with the wonderful team at Queenscliff Surf Club. With their generosity in allowing us to use their function room for our now annual New Year Celebration. This event provides us an opportunity for everyone, (people we support, staff, families, our Senior Management team and our Board of Directors) to get together and catch up as a community, surrounded by the scenic beauty of Queenscliff beach.

St Vincent de Paul Housing

CCA has a strong relationship with St Vincent de Paul Housing. SVdP Housing Australia is a Tier 1 Community Housing Provider dedicated to 'building hope through housing' for individuals who are homeless, disadvantaged, or on low to moderate incomes. They offer various housing solutions, including crisis accommodation, transitional housing, specialist disability accommodation, social housing, and affordable housing, tailored to meet the diverse needs of their clients. As part of the St Vincent de Paul Society, SVdP Housing Australia leverages a network of members and volunteers to provide comprehensive support, assisting tenants in sustaining their tenancies and enhancing their quality of life.

ACSIA

CCA works with ​The Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA). They are the peak professional body for clinical immunology and allergy in Australia and New Zealand, dedicated to advancing the study and knowledge of allergy and other immune diseases. ASCIA publishes guidelines and position statements on the management of allergy and other immune diseases, provides online training courses, online educational resources, and hosts the ASCIA Annual Conference and other educational meetings. ASCIA also offers a wide range of resources for health professionals, including guidelines, action plans, and e-training courses, to promote best practices in allergy management. Through these initiatives, ASCIA aims to improve the health and quality of life of people with allergic and other immune diseases
