The Right Personal Care Support For You

NDIS Personal Care Support helps people living with disabilities manage daily self-care tasks, promoting independence and dignity.

Services may include assistance with personal hygiene, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as mobility support for safe movement at home or in the community. Mealtime assistance, medication reminders, and continence care ensure participants can maintain their health and well-being. For those needing additional support, overnight or 24/7 care is available to provide peace of mind and immediate assistance when required.

CCA will personalise these services to each individual person’s needs, whether at home or in the community. Support workers will help people with personal care while attending social activities, work, or appointments, ensuring comfort and confidence in daily life.

By focusing on personalised and respectful care, CCA’s NDIS Personal Care Support empowers people to live independently and engage fully in their communities.

Who Can Access Personal Care Support?

NDIS Personal Care Support is available to people living with disabilities who need assistance with their daily self-care activities due to their physical, intellectual, or psychosocial challenges.

This support is typically included in an NDIS plan under Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life and is tailored to each person’s needs.

Eligible people may require help with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, or mobility, either occasionally or as part of ongoing daily care.

Personal Care Support is available to people living in their own homes, with family, in supported accommodation, or even while participating in community activities.

If a person’s NDIS plan includes funding for personal care, they can choose a registered provider like CCA to deliver high-quality, compassionate support that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.
