  • Trust is the most important pillar for any disability service provider. CCA prides itself on our highly trained staff, our best practice systems and our commitment to know every person we support. We build trust through transparency, connection and honesty in all we do in our focus to enable people the opportunity to achieve their dreams and aspirations. Our Board of Directors, Advisory Committee and Focus Groups ensure we stay true to our purpose and vision.

  • Dealing with the complexities of the NDIS or iCare can be difficult. Knowing all your options and what services are available to you is an important part of how you can achieve your life goals. With almost 40 years of experience in Disability Services and though our knowledgable and trained staff, we will always explain to you your options and what services you can connect with.

  • No service will ever work for you if staff show up late or they don’t know what they are doing. CCA makes it a priority to find staff that fit with your needs and requirements. CCA strengthens staff engagement and skill development and consistent, quality training to allow our staff to deliver the highest quality service. From our Senior Leaders right through to Support Staff, CCA prioritises development training for everyone so we can deliver an outstanding service.

  • With the cost of living going up and funding harder to get, it is key that your money goes the distance to allow you to live a make the choices you choose. CCA charges in line with current NDIS Price guide for NDIS services and always offers services that are high quality and tailored to your needs so you get the most out of an NDIS plan or any other budget you have to work with. While we offer 24/7 complex care we also offer care for as little as 2 hours a week so that you can always get the support you need and want.

  • No one wants to be ignored or sidelined when it comes to their disability services. You want services that fit with your life and goals. CCA makes it a priority to get to know you, your dreams and aspirations and CCA will work with you to come up with a plan that fits you perfectly. No two plans are the same and no plan stays the same. We always welcome input and feedback and work hard to tailor a plan that meets your needs and changes with your life.

  • Feeling powerless in your life is something no one should face. CCA will always work with you to find out what you want. From our very first meeting we are transparent and open. We ask questions and use innovative processes to keep you in the loop and stay on track with how you want your services to help you. Our avenues for feedback we will always be flexible and transparent at every step.

What is the NDIS and how does it work?

The NDIS can be confusing and overwhelming so CCA is offering a FREE 30 minute phone call with one of our NDIS Support Coordinators to help you answer your NDIS questions you might have to learn about how the NDIS works.

Printable - Our Social Enterprise For Meaningful Work

Printable is a social enterprise business that started with a small grant and some printing equipment.

Today Printable is looking to create change with a business that services the communities printing needs and allows people to be in control of their own destiny with meaningful and rewarding work and learning opportunities for people living with disabilities.
